I am certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF) as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). My focus is to coach executives and teams and to support young professionals working in an international context.

Given my extensive experience from a 30 years business background in various corporate roles, I enthusiastically work with my clients to improve team performance. I am deeply engaged and passionate about promoting individual and corporate resilience, effective diversity management and the creation of a mindful leadership culture.

While coaching, I specialize in executive presence, interpersonal communication skills, and emotional intelligence using a model of open and honest communication. To deepen the experience, I provide team training in mindful communication and positive feedback.

I support people who go for professional or life fulfilling changes. As Co-Active® Coach, I help my clients recognize, clarify, use and enhance their own talents. Thereby, I leverage my passion and aptitude to be a catalyst for creative and positive growth.

22 years of experience in diverse leadership roles at ThyssenKrupp, a large industrial conglomerate, give me the backdrop from where to understand my clients needs and challenges.

Having been a Member of the Management Board of the ThyssenKrupp Academy, a revered place of learning, dialog and networking for Senior Executives, has allowed me to understand the power of such a platform for realizing corporate change and organizational learning.

I co-authored the overall Academy design and continuously adapted the concept to current challenges. During my 6 ½ year tenure, more than 280 programs were conducted and more than 5000 Top-Managers participated. I made substantive contributions to program development, particularly concerning topics such as strategy, finance, change management, business performance, leadership and top management communication.

Prior to my work in a corporate learning environment, I held executive positions in such diverse fields as Corporate Affairs International, Sales Strategy, Controlling, and M & A.

For 14 years, I lived, studied and worked in the United States. There, I worked as Senior Manager Investor Relations, Senior Manager Applications Engineering as well as Senior Vice President Business Development and Project Finance.

I studied at the University of Tuebingen, Germany, and at the State University of New York at Stony Brook, USA, receiving a Masters Degree and a Diploma in Economics. I also enrolled in the MBA program at Villanova University, PA, USA.

Today, I am the proud mother of a married daughter and the delighted grandmother of a young boy.
